An efficient organization is a result of “well trained” manpower working in a structured environment. Therefore, it’s imperative to ensure that the team is regularly honed to enhance their skillsets. People-related issues are frequently the most difficult aspects of rolling out an ERP and to an addon, it becomes an uphill task to get a new recruit in sync with the operations. We at Focus Softnet take pride in stating as we consider our ERP implementations complete only when we have ensured that we have given adequate knowledge transfer to the users on the product and implemented practices.
Our training programme is structured as follows:
- Application Group Training to the User champions on the basis of “train the trainer”: The purpose of this training program is to provide in-depth product knowledge of the relevant application group to the respective participants. For example, training on the finance module would be targeted at the users involved in the finance and other interfacing functions of the customer organization.
- Technical Training to the IT-personnel: Here, we shall impart necessary skills to the nominated IT personnel to enable them to carry out basic administration and control tasks viz. Backup, Restore etc.
- End-user training programs can be conducted at the customer’s premises or at Focus offices.
